The main mission of the Intern is to assist the Product Offering / Retail Merchandising team in managing the product assortment of the 10 stores located in Switzerland, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Your missions

Analysis of results

• Monthly update of product Sell-Through (sales rate)
• Analysis of the subsidiary's results and updating of sales and inventory tracking files by collection and department: Best Sellers, Slow Movers, sales by product families
• Preparation of the annual sales report

Collection tracking

• Monitoring deliveries of new collections and new products in store
• Sharing information relating to new collections with stores and headquarters
• Performance monitoring of new products
• Updating and sharing the product launch calendar

Optimization of subsidiary stock

• Weekly transfer proposals between central stock and stores
• Proposals for stock rebalancing between stores and monitoring of transfers

Placing and Tracking Orders

• Management and tracking of customer orders
• Restocking suggestions

Purchases

• Creation and updating of the necessary analyzes before purchasing sessions in the different departments
• Preparation of binders and documents necessary for buyers
• Assistance in preparing buyer briefs and proofreading Purchasing

Updating and sending the Product Offer Newsletter

• Preparation of documents and sending of the monthly Newsletter to stores and headquarters

Your profile

• Excellent knowledge of IT tools and particular ease with Excel and Powerpoint
• Very good analytical skills
• Attention to results and the demand for quality
• The sense of collective and service
• Good interpersonal skills
• An excellent level in French and English
• Prior 6-month internship experience is desired

Internship conditions

• Start of course on February 22
• Minimum duration of 06 months (renewable up to 12 months)
• An internship agreement is necessary
