- You are the driving force in the organization, coordination and further development of our production-specific onboarding program.
- You ensure that new colleagues make a smooth and motivating start.
- You accompany the participants through their first days, are the contact person for questions and build the bridge between the Academy and production.
- You actively support us in the conception and design of modern training modules and create target group-oriented, clear training materials.
- You take over the independent handling of administrative processes (e.g. smart calendar management, resource planning and material procurement for training purposes) and vote Stay close to the different production lines.

- You are enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences or have Your studies, preferably in Adult Education, Pharmacy, Media/Communication Sciences, Mediamatics, Psychology or Economics - completed within the last 12 months before the start date.
- You are interested in using your knowledge in a 12-month internship with a workload of at least 80% in a modern working environment and getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.
- You have a quick apprehension, a high degree of initiative and an independent, accurate and comprehensible working method.
