YOUR MISSION

Perform one or more assembly operations by applying the operating ranges using equipment, machinery or tools in accordance with the requirements of quality, speed, time and safety.

HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HAVE A IMPACT?

• Use and adjust various equipment and machines to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Perform operational tasks by respecting established processes, adjusting settings or parameters as required to meet performance standards.
• Conduct quality sampling and inspections of products or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Improve procedural and technical skills by participating in evaluations, development planning activities, formal and informal training and support.
• Arrange daily work schedule according to changing priorities in order to ensure timely performance of tasks.
• Observe mandatory working instructions, including the use of personal protective equipment, in order to preserve the environment and ensure the safety of people and the team.
• Follow mandatory procedures to maintain required quality standards and ensure compliance with external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
• Demonstrate its mastery of the autonomous use of machinery and equipment, drawing on its experience and expertise to perform tasks without supervision.

• Maintain a commitment to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that all actions and communications are respectful and inclusive to all employees.
