As an expert or expert in specialized care at Switzerland's first university hospital, you make a difference in caring for patients with threatened vital functions in a large intensive care department. In our Intensive Care Service, you provide high-tech nursing care encompassing the curative, preventive, palliative, educational and rehabilitation dimensions. These cares are personalized and comprehensive, provided to a patient of all ages and in situations with different levels of complexity. Intensive patient and patient monitoring, the implementation of pain therapies on prescription, the execution of resuscitation and emergency measures, and the use of medical-technical devices are your daily routine. All care is provided competently, holistically and empathically. You know how to deal with the complexity of the situations encountered and emergency response, by acting quickly, flexibly and proactively in the context of the activities delegated to you. You collaborate in the supervision and training of new caregivers, nursing students and other health professional bodies. You also contribute to quality development and health research.
