• Ensure comprehensive care of the patient to promote self-reliance, maintain well-being and anticipate follow-up care
• Maintain clinical reasoning to optimize quality of care and patient safety.
• Have a clinical approach adapted to the patient's pain
• Demonstrate versatility (multiple surgery, medicine, oncology...)
• Ensure compliance with existing processes
• Adhering to institutional policy as a part of continuous improvement of practices
• Promoting the integration of new employees and students
• Bachelor HES in nursing or equivalent training, recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Desired experience in surgery
• Experience in night work, a real asset
• Organization, analytical capacity, stress management
• French mother tongue or very good knowledge compulsory
• Foreign languages an asset
• Additional specialization training welcome
