- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Proven experience in electronics test engineering within a production or hardware manufacturing environment
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Proven experience in electronics test engineering within a production or hardware manufacturing environment
- Hands-on expertise developing, building, and deploying functional test systems for PCBAs and electronic assemblies
- Strong hardware debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
- Practical familiarity with standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, and programmable power supplies
- solid understanding of hardware communication protocols including CAN, SPI, I²C, UART, and Ethernet
- Hands-on experience with test automation and scripting languages like Python or LabVIEW
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong drive to collaborate directly with physical hardware and cross-functional teams
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English Bonus Points Firmware development experience
- Prior industry background in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or industrial electronics
- Experience developing automated test benches using National Instruments hardware/software platforms like TestStand and LabVIEW
- Conversational or fluent German language skills for supplier and EMS communication
