Mission

As part of this function, attached to our Methods Division, you will participate in the definition, implementation and anchoring of the Patek Philippe production system at our various sites. You will also lead strategic and complex projects to improve industrial performance, taking into account the production constraints and the "manufacturability" of our products and, in keeping with our commitments in terms of agility, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs, diagnose potential improvements in the production process and propose actions to achieve potential performance gains.
• Support the deployment and sustainability of progress plans.
• To refer to Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology.
• Provide training, support staff with specific tools and follow-up teams in support of change.

Profile sought

• Master in mechanics/microtechnics or training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum experience of 10 years in a Lean Manufacturing expert position in the field of industrial production.
• Expertise in DMAIC methodology, Lean Manufacturing tools, Six Sigma and Quality tools (8D, capability, audit, etc.).
• Mastery of management tools including SAP.
• Control of project management and risk management.
• Listening ability, relationship ease, diplomacy.
• Ability to lead and lead project teams.
• Rigor, critical mind and synthesis.
• A sense of negotiation and persuasion.
• Field approach, customer orientation and solutions.
