Role overview
Introduction As part of strengthening our Security & Infrastructure team, we are looking for an IAM Engineer (M/F) specialized in CIAM to contribute to the management and evolution of our identity and access infrastructure.
This position is primarily focused on CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management), while involving active contribution to our IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) solution and our internal Identity Providers (IdP).

- CIAM – Customer Identity and Access Management
- Design, deploy and maintain authentication and authorization solutions for external users (customers, partners)
Main responsibilities
- CIAM – Customer Identity and Access Management
- Design, deploy and maintain authentication and authorization solutions for external users (customers, partners)
- Manage registration, login and account recovery flows
- Ensure customer access security and compliance: MFA, consent management, data protection
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to improve the user experience IGA – Identity Governance and Administration
- Administer and optimize our IGA solution in place
- Manage identity life cycles: creation, modification, deletion
- Automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes
- Ensure maintenance and evolution of the role model
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations in force IdP Corporate – Identity Providers Maintain and evolve our internal IdPs
Application process
- Ensure secure integration of internal applications and services Profile
- Degree in computer science, cybersecurity or related field.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in IAM ideally with a specialization in CIAM
- Confirmed experience in IAM (CIAM, IGA, IdP)
- Mastery of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Knowledge of IGA solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Usercube, etc.)
- Experience with IdPs (Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, Keycloak, etc.)
- Skills in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation
