The Customer Service Department is dedicated to ensuring relationship excellence and improving customer experience. For this, we rely on solid expertise, innovative projects and data-driven operational performance; in the House's criteria of excellence.

We are looking for an International Customer Service Watchmaker (M/F) for a fixed-term contract designed as a real springboard within our House. Our goal is to develop a competent and efficient watchmaker's pool that wants to invest in a long-term international career for our House, whether in a repair platform or in a shop, according to the needs of our network.

YOUR ROLE TO PLAY

As part of this CSD, which aims to develop your expertise on our products while contributing to the achievement of the objectives of the customer service repair workshop, you will be responsible for:

• Diagnosis of parts, preparations and subcontracting checks
• Ensure the maintenance and restoration of watches in order to guarantee a return of products in accordance with Vacheron Constantin's quality criteria and deadlines
• Disassembly and clean parts
• Replace defective components
• Ensure assembly, adjustment and/or packing of parts
• Work in self-control and be a proposal force for improving the working environment and workshop performance

• Your motivation to work on beautiful pieces while challenging yourself daily on achieving goals and participating in the good team dynamics
• Your complete experience as a watchmaker, ideally started with an apprenticeship and completed with several years of experience in the field
• Your desire to live an international experience associated with a very good relationship and your appetite for interactions with customers
• Your excellent mastery of French, ideally with a good level of English
• Your sense of organization, efficiency and autonomy
