- Development, optimization and consistent implementation of training processes and standards incl. Time-to-Competence
- Drives the transformation of technical training towards digital, scalable and learning models
- Implementation of comprehensive certification management and active cooperation in cross-departmental corporate projects Your ideal conditions:
- Completed study (technical or business) or comparable qualification
- Advantages of further training in the field of adult education, as well as distinct methodological-didactic skills
