Main responsibilities
- Key responsibilities Network resilience and security
- Strengthen the resilience of LAN and WAN networks, with a specific focus on emerging cyber threats and geopolitical risks.
- Ensure robust architectures, redundancy mechanisms and disaster recovery capabilities across your pe-rimeter.
- Work closely with security teams (SOC, CISO, architecture) to align your services with security policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Production stability and continuous improvement
- Establish disciplined change management practices and a strong “open loop” culture to prevent and re-solve production issues effectively.
- Reduce recurring incidents by reinforcing root cause analysis, engaging teams in continuous improvement practices and ensuring corrective actions are documented, followed up and closed.
- Define and monitor KPIs/KRIs related to stability, incident recurrence and service quality for your perime-ter. AI adoption and innovation
- Drive the adoption of AI technologies and implement AI-assisted capabilities within your department to in-crease efficiency and quality of deliverables.

Key requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or equivalent.
- 8-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure within a banking or financial environment, including several years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record managing complex networks and security infrastructures in highly available and regu-lated environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies and data centre/cloud network architectures.
- Solid understanding of security solutions (firewalls, SASE, Zero-Trust principles) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven experience with automation and scripting (e.g.
- PowerShell, Python, Ansible) to industrialise op-erations and support AI-assisted workflows.
- Recognised leadership, with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams and external part-ners.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders and senior management
- Strategic mindset, structured and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on risk management and prioriti-sation.
- Client-oriented, with a genuine sense of service and the ability to act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
