Role overview
Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Manager of the Industrialization department (M/F) whose main mission will be to manage and guarantee the development of his managerial team in order to meet the objectives of implementing industrialization activities & methods and to provide his technical vision.
You will be at the heart of our manufacturing activities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
In close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure the coordination of various industrial operations in order to guarantee the smooth running of projects, the optimization of processes and compliance with quality standards.

- Team management:
- Communicate the overall orientations and set the objectives of managers supervising teams responsible for designing, developing and implementing technical solutions to manufacture and assemble Rolex watches
- Continuously improve the organization of work and develop the industrial tool in line with the strategy Profile HES, EPF or equivalent engineering diploma
Main responsibilities
- Team management:
- Communicate the overall orientations and set the objectives of managers supervising teams responsible for designing, developing and implementing technical solutions to manufacture and assemble Rolex watches
- Organize and manage activities in order to guarantee the performance of managers
- Support, guide and stimulate managers in achieving their objectives, developing their skills and monitoring their teams
- Develop a climate of trust and contribute to optimizing interfaces with partners Operational management :
- Define the industrial vision of the service and manage strategic roadmap projects by collaborating closely with the other services and divisions of the company
- Manage the operational and economic performance of the service by using and developing different monitoring and reporting tools
- Put new products into production according to the project objectives
