Role overview
The Community Health and Habitat Directorate (DSCH) includes teams from the 29 IEPAs operated by IMAD.
The IEPA team managers are responsible for the tenants of these buildings whose owners are foundations of public or private law or communal law.
Each IEPA team leader is responsible for up to 60 employees.

- Your missions and responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the decentralized activities of the IEPA service, on delegation from management, ensuring a regular presence at the sites and constant alignment with institutional policies and values
Main responsibilities

- Direct and coordinate the decentralized activities of the IEPA service, on delegation from management, ensuring a regular presence at the sites and constant alignment with institutional policies and values
- Managing teams in compliance with HR policy by ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, cohesion and operational performance
- Ensure a responsive response to tenant support, security and supervision needs, ensuring quality and relevance of services
- Promote customer orientation across all actions, promoting a tenant-centred approach and strengthening interdisciplinary practices and inter-service collaboration
- Organize, animate and monitor teams on different buildings by structuring efficient and results-oriented communication spaces
Application process
- Develop, develop and ensure the application of directives, procedures and operating standards in heterogeneous environments
- Piloting the planning and implementation of Community actions within EPAI under responsibility
- Ensure budget management and monitoring in collaboration with the administrative officer, in accordance with the procedures in force
- Conduct, lead and participate in cross-cutting institutional projects and working groups within the IEPA Directorate
- Collaborate with the owner foundations, their principals and cantonal and communal partners, and ensure continuity of activities by replacing the other team leaders.
- Bachelor in social work HES or university deemed equivalent accepted or Bachelor HES-SO in nursing
- University training in management would be an asset
- Minimum 5 years of practice in community health or social work

- Excellent sense of communication and negotiation, good situational and relational intelligence
