The Directorate of Operations (DOP) includes four home care centres (CMD), the Centre for Interprofessional Practices and Clinical Clusters (CPIPC), the Centre for Home Hospitalization (CHAD), the Research and Development Unit and the Directorate of Digital Health and Business Organization. Linked hierarchically to its different directorates, multidisciplinary team managers have under their direct responsibility between thirty and fifty employees and IMAD clients divided according to their place of residence and/or the specificity of the team. Your missions and responsibilities
- Promoting customer orientation in all actions undertaken, through a multidisciplinary approach to management
- By delegation from the Director of the Home Care Centre (CMD) and within the framework of the policies defined by the institution, direct and coordinate the activities of a team within an antenna
- Ensuring the quality of IMAD customer services
- Ensure the application of the operating procedures of the antenna team as defined by the institution
- Managing staff in accordance with the principles and rules of the human resources policy defined by the institution, in accordance with Law B 5 05 and its implementing regulations
- Ensure the proper functioning of the home support antenna in day-to-day management, in coordination with CMD management and in interaction with centralized services teams
- Participate in institutional projects and their implementation.
- HES-SO Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent training with a minimum of 5 years of professional practice
- Post-graduate training in management is an asset
