Your missions

Attached directly to the Deputy Director of ISO, you are responsible for creating, developing and then piloting the Health and Social Service. Your main missions are:

To define the overall strategy of the health-social system, which should allow for a better understanding of the health problems of users and create/consolidate partnerships between the health and social sectors to develop common and appropriate responses;

Key requirements

  • Bachelor HES, university or recognized training, supplemented by management training;
  • Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a managerial position in a social enterprise;
  • Experience as an expert or generalist in the field of health;
  • Knowledge of health issues and social inclusion of HG beneficiaries;
  • Good knowledge of the Geneva social and health network; Solutions and results orientation;
  • Good understanding of the Geneva legal and regulatory framework and the cantonal system of social assistance;
  • Proposal strength with analytical and synthesis capability;
