Your missions
Attached directly to the Deputy Director of ISO, you are responsible for creating, developing and then piloting the Health and Social Service. Your main missions are:
To define the overall strategy of the health-social system, which should allow for a better understanding of the health problems of users and create/consolidate partnerships between the health and social sectors to develop common and appropriate responses;

- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a managerial position in a social enterprise;

- Experience as an expert or generalist in the field of health;
- Knowledge of health issues and social inclusion of HG beneficiaries;

- Good understanding of the Geneva legal and regulatory framework and the cantonal system of social assistance;
- Proposal strength with analytical and synthesis capability;
