Role overview
Under the responsibility of the chief of production, you are part of a team of group leaders, sharing the management of the 70 medical devices technologists in the department as soon as they take up their positions and on a daily basis.
You arrange and ensure the reprocessing of medical devices for all services of the HUG (Operational Blocks, Care Services or any other in-house client) and external clients based on your customer-oriented attitude.
You coordinate the management of medical devices according to good sterilization practices, priorities and emergencies for operating units and all clients.
