Head of Global Custody Accounts (80-100%) The Global Assets Customer Manager is responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of institutional and private clients in the field of asset servicing. It ensures the implementation of solutions tailored to the needs of clients and the issuance of exchanges. It plays a key role in the smooth functioning of daily processes and in optimizing the quality of the service offered by promoting and facilitating exchanges through the various support teams of the bank. Your Mission:

• Manage stock exchange and FX operations, settlement monitoring, OSTs, payments, cash management, cash flows Private Equity (PE) and asset consolidation (asset aggregation).
• Ensure the accuracy of operations. Accurately enter banking transactions within the specified time limits.
• Open accounts and coordinate the implementation of operational setups with our support teams and third party providers. Maintain client records, ensuring complete and accurate documentation, in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Review financial reporting to ensure accuracy prior to transmission to clients and stakeholders.
• Improve follow-up of client requests: prioritise, acknowledge receipt, and deliver responses within optimal timeframes.
• Maintaining an irreproachable quality of service by remaining solution oriented and demonstrating a great sense of customer service.
• Propose and implement process improvement solutions while ensuring the efficiency of the team.
• Meet and communicate proactively with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet their specific needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients' external managers and agents. Your Profile:
• 3-5 years of experience in the asset serving sector, preferably with an institutional and private clientele.
• Good knowledge of financial operations (bourse, settlements, cash management, PE, transparent funds).
• Common French and English. Current German would be an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure rigorously and meticulously.
• Intellectual curiosity and openness to learning new processes.
