Your team
As Head of Fund Administration, you manage the overall supervision of Swiss investment fund administration activities, ensuring the quality, compliance and efficiency of the processes.
You are the point of entry for fund-related operational and governance requests, coordinate delegated activities, and support internal and external clients in the reflection and implementation of new funds.

- University degree in finance, accounting, economics or training deemed equivalent.
- Confirmed experience of at least 8 years in the audit, fund administration or similar position in the banking/financial sector
Key requirements
- University degree in finance, accounting, economics or training deemed equivalent.
- Confirmed experience of at least 8 years in the audit, fund administration or similar position in the banking/financial sector
- Experience in team management and in conducting automation or tool/process development projects.
- Strong operational and technical knowledge on funds (accounting, taxation, NAV calculation process, pricing, reporting, internal control).
- Good understanding of Swiss and international regulations applicable to funds (LPCC, LEFin, LSFin, etc.).
- Mastery of French (working language), excellent knowledge of English (written and oral), German is an asset.
- Mastery of MS Office tools and fund management systems (Avaloq, Multifunds, etc. a plus).
