Your team As Head of Fund Administration, you manage the overall supervision of Swiss investment fund administration activities, ensuring the quality, compliance and efficiency of the processes. You are the point of entry for fund-related operational and governance requests, coordinate delegated activities, and support internal and external clients in the reflection and implementation of new funds. You play a key role in the supervision of operations, including the valuation of illiquid assets (Private Equity), and in the evolution of control tools and methods. Your role

• Supervise the process of calculating net inventory value (NV), carry out proper controls and supervision of delegated operations.
• Ensure valuation of investments, including alternative assets, and supervise delegated preparatory activities
• Monitor and validate fees, fees and dividends applied to funds in accordance with prospectuses and contracts.
• Prepare and review annual and semi-annual fund closures, conduct a critical review of accounts, propose necessary adjustments.
• Organize and monitor audits of funds (internal and external), coordinate exchanges with auditors, and respond to their requests.
• Coordinate and validate the issuance of regulatory and financial reports, ensure their dissemination to stakeholders (FINMA, clients, CA).
• Manage all current transactions at the level of funds under administration (in-kind contribution or exit, transfer agent flow, etc.)
• Monitor SNB statistics and ensure compliance of data transmitted.
• Monitor the taxation of funds, monitor returns and claims, participate in coordination with tax authorities.
• Process and monitor the financial accounts of the company.
• Provide operational support to the various internal and external services to the company and monitor client requests.
• Be the point of entry and follow-up for all operational and governance requests addressed to fund management, both by internal clients (Pictet) and external clients (third party funds)
• To support clients in the reflection and structuring of new funds, providing a consulting vision and technical expertise.
• Pilot and support tools and controls automation projects, propose developments to enhance process efficiency and security.
• Contribute to the maintenance of corporate governance and participate in the preparation of reporting for management committees and the Board of Directors. Your profile
• University degree in finance, accounting, economics or training deemed equivalent.
• Confirmed experience of at least 8 years in the audit, fund administration or similar position in the banking/financial sector
• Experience in team management and in conducting automation or tool/process development projects.
• Strong operational and technical knowledge on funds (accounting, taxation, NAV calculation process, pricing, reporting, internal control).
• Good understanding of Swiss and international regulations applicable to funds (LPCC, LEFin, LSFin, etc.).
• Mastery of French (working language), excellent knowledge of English (written and oral), German is an asset.
• Mastery of MS Office tools and fund management systems (Avaloq, Multifunds, etc. a plus).
• Rigor, precision, sense of organization and detail.
• Proactivity, autonomy, ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team spirit, ability to collaborate with different departments and to communicate with various interlocutors.
• Intellectual curiosity, learning capacity, initiative and customer orientation.
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to settle there.
