Role overview

Mission

Lead the Bank’s Cyber Engineering function to design, build, and operate secure-by-design platforms and controls that proactively prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats.

Own the end-to-end engineering roadmap for cyber capabilities, ensuring resilience, reliability, and compliance across hybrid on prem and cloud environments.

Main responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across security engineering, DevSecOps, and cyber platform operations.
  • Own budget, vendor strategy, and capacity planning for cyber tooling and platforms.

Key requirements

  • Visionary cyber engineering leader with deep hands-on and the ability to translate complex security requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
  • Proven experience building and running security platforms in complex, regulated financial environments. Education
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field. Experience Technical skills
  • Senior: 7-10 years of experience.

Application process

  • Establish and enforce security-by-design and security-by-default patterns across infrastructure, applications, and data.
  • Industrialize security controls via automation, IaC, and CI/CD integration; shift-left security in development lifecycle.
  • Own the roadmap, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise-class security platforms (e.g., EDR/XDR, PAM, CSPM, DLP, HSM, etc.).
  • Ensure availability, scalability, and performance of cyber platforms with robust SLAs and KPIs.
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security area related to one or more of the following domains: security architecture, security engineering and integration or secure application development. Languages French : fluent English : Strong advantage Personal skills
  • Self-motivated leader with ownership mindset; able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to translate technical risk into business impact.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
