Full description

Under the responsibility of the head of the biomedical maintenance sector, you are part of a team of 4 group leaders who are responsible for the management of the various teams of referents, referents and technicians and maintenance technicians. You manage and supervise technical teams, and make sure they are trained in technical skills. You organize, plan and prioritize the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment entrusted. You advise and assist referents, referents, technicians, technicians and users. You are helping to set up an organization to improve customer satisfaction and the performance of the sector. You set up workload plans and ensure that they are carried out using indicators and dashboards. You are involved in the rigorous management of resources and in defining technical and organizational solutions that meet the needs and ensure the best quality/cost ratio. You collaborate with the other 3 group leaders in charge of the other maintenance areas of the sector. You collaborate and exchange regularly with the various sectors (support, engineering and quality). You carry out studies and technical reports requested by the hierarchy.

Sensitive to patient presence and hospital constraints, you supervise and enforce the procedures and protocols defined in the sector quality assurance system and all good professional practices. Of a positive, authentic and optimistic nature, oriented "client service", you know how to motivate your team and maintain a climate of partnership in order to proactively manage complex situations involving several professional actors. You update your team's knowledge of your field through training.
