- You receive and check the arrivals to ensure the quality and freshness of the products.
- You ensure that the products are beamed and rotated for optimal presentation.
Main responsibilities
- You receive and check the arrivals to ensure the quality and freshness of the products.
- You ensure that the products are beamed and rotated for optimal presentation.
- You analyze the performance of the rays and propose strategies for improvement.
- You manage orders, inventory and inventory to maintain a smooth supply.
- You ensure cleanliness and comply with HACCP standards and safety standards.
- You help cook bakery products and guarantee the freshness of your products. Required
- 3 years minimum experience: in the retail sector
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Retail trade or equivalent title.
- Rigor, dynamism, versatility, autonomy and strong desire to work as a team.
- Excellent mastery and interpretation of the numbers to improve the performance of the rays.
