Main responsibilities
- Disciplinary management of the Occupational Safety Department (Safety Management & Operational Health) incl.
- Planning and budgeting of the area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the development and maintenance of a holistic safety management system in close cooperation with the Group and the local safety officers
- Develop, implement and continuously update security policies and procedures and monitor compliance with all relevant security standards
- Identification and assessment of risks and development of targeted prevention measures
- Management of safety training and responsibility of safety communication
- Monitoring and evaluation of safety data, accident reports and safety audits and conducting safety inspections
- Development and communication of crisis management and emergency planning concepts as well as target group-oriented stakeholder management
- Close cooperation with occupational health management and internal departments; Collaboration in Group projects
