Your missions

Attached directly to the Deputy Director of ISO, you are responsible for piloting the five-unit Resource Service. Your main missions are:

Innovatively and efficiently provide the expertise needed by internal partners to support users. ;

Key requirements

  • Bachelor HES, university or recognized training, supplemented by management training;
  • Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a managerial position in a social enterprise; Solutions and results orientation;

Application process

  • Investigations and compliance, which monitors the economic and social situation of Hg users, ensures the proper application of the principles of social accompaniment as well as the correct administrative and financial charges of the files.
  • Litigation and overpayment of benefits, which covers amounts due to Hg and supports employees in the preparation of claims.
  • Support, which accompanies the employees of the AMIG, ASOC and ISO services in their integration into the workplace and in carrying out their daily activities.
  • Health Administration, which manages and coordinates the asylum health network (AHR), ensures the affiliation of the beneficiaries of AMIG under LAMal and the proper allocation of health costs.
  • The unit will be transferred to the Social Health Service.
  • Actions and security, which ensures compliance of social assistance files, risk management, and supports teams in improving processes and collaborations with partners (SCARPA, AI, SAM, Medident, OCPM, OFP, etc.).
  • Part of the benefits will be transferred to the Social Health Service. Your main activities
  • Adjust the strategic directions, objectives and priorities of the service in the light of future resizing;
