Main responsibilities

- Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special situations with professionalism, efficiency, and diplomacy.
- Promote hotel services and provide recommendations on local attractions and activities. Front Desk Operations
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, room changes, and special requests.
- Monitor room status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and billing. Telephone Reception & Guest Services
Contacts
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels in accordance with hotel standards.
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other guest services.
- Follow up on guest requests to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction. Administrative Duties
- Handle cash and payment transactions and perform end-of-shift cash balancing procedures.
- Update and maintain information in hotel management systems.
- Prepare and verify reports related to the daily Front Office operation. Profile We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in Front Office, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent presentation and strong hospitality mindset.
- Customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
