Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will be dynamically split, with 70% dedicated to hands-on controlling tasks, working closely with managers to ensure financial rigor, and 30% focused on providing essential support to the wider controlling team, particularly in enhancing data quality and streamlining administrative functions.
- HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- As part of Group Finance and based in Meyrin, your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to, the following key areas: Drive Financial Performance & Control Oversee day-to-day financial operations for our technology domains and cost centers, ensuring efficient and appropriate financial control systems.
- Actively contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, including preparing accruals, reviewing commitments, and assisting with allocation cycles.
- Partner closely with Group Technology Managers to foster cost awareness and enhance understanding of financial performance, providing insightful analysis and ad-hoc reports.
- Support the tracking and monitoring of resources for key technology projects and initiatives.
- Master Planning & Forecasting Play a key role in the planning and forecasting cycles (Budget, Latest Estimate, Roadmap), from data collection and analysis to presentation and report preparation.
- Assist in the review and consolidation of budget components (Investments, Operating expenses, Headcounts) for supported areas.
- Prepare preliminary management reports and conduct initial variance analysis against financial targets.
- Ensure Financial Integrity & Compliance Support the Capital Approval Request (CAR) process and contribute to the follow-up of financial commitments, including budget assumption validation and vendor contract checks.

- Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data integrity issues.
- Assist in collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data from various sources for reporting and analysis.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements within the controlling function, focusing on automation and efficiency.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis, data extraction, and special projects as required.
