- Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. CFA is a plus
- 2-3 years of professional experience (including internships) in banking or asset management
- Passion for economics and investment, solid theoretical understanding of asset classes and investment products
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, capable of processing complex information quickly
- Understanding and basic experience of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, and data analytics
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,
- Service-oriented mindset with a dedication to excellence in client support
- Systematic, precise, and resilient working style while been able to deliver quality results under tight deadlines
