Full description

Supporting the Human Resources Officer in the Medical Department, you provide information and advice to employees and managers on HR issues and you manage administratively for the target audience for which you are responsible, in synergy with two HR management colleagues. Thus, you intervene administratively throughout the life cycle of our teams, from recruitment to start, and in connection with many partners of HRD and the institution (wage and social insurance service, recruitment service, medical-care and technical managers, ...). You ensure, by delegation from the Head of Human Resources, the organization and management of the activities related to the processing of cases while ensuring a proper distribution of priorities. You coordinate HR benefits according to HRD rules and directives by representing institutional human resources policy. You support your leader in the development of a harmonious and respectful working environment for people. A customer-oriented person and solutions, you also recognize the values of the HUGs you embody in the performance of your duties.
