Full description

As a stock and production manager, you receive orders from customers and document statistical requirements for their evolution, ensure data entry for invoicing and guarantee the link of the production line (stock/supply output).

• You manage the set production line for care services and manage supply and inventory requests through IT management tools.
• You monitor stock levels and anticipate needs.
• You manage service orders as required.
• You control the receipt of raw materials, the stock of finished products and the storage of goods.
• You process customer complaints and production quality defects. You ensure the operational link with customers and support services.
• As part of the service's certification process, you work with the Quality Assurance Manager.
• You collaborate with staff, operational teams, support services and suppliers.
• If necessary, you ensure the replacement of the distribution post.
