• The admissions sector of the Department of Women, Children and Adolescents (DFEA) is looking for a collaborator to strengthen its team.
• You are the first point of contact, both on the phone and at the reception, and offer professional, courteous and empathic service, while demonstrating a reassuring and caring attitude.
• Your main mission is to welcome, inform and guide people who are attending admissions.
• You make their administrative registration by ensuring the accuracy of the information.
• You manage appointments and coordination with the various departments concerned.
• You perform various administrative tasks related to the proper functioning of the service.
• You also ensure replacements within the team if necessary.
• This post requires an availability on irregular schedules, on continuous service 24/7, including during the night.
