Required

• 5 years of experience in retailing in Switzerland: with team management.
• Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES): or significant experience in a management position within our cooperative.
• Field Leader: Active in-store presence, ability to organize, decide and advance operations. Engage the team on a daily basis and set up a clear pace of work to achieve the objectives.
• Control of numbers and direction of action: Monitoring of indicators, rapid identification of gaps and implementation of concrete actions. Ability to improve performance with simple and efficient levers.
• Strong customer orientation: Field observation, adaptation of the offer and organization to ensure a smooth, practical and pleasant experience in store.
• French (Good Mastery)
