Full description

As a manager or technical manager of real estate, you represent the HUGs as owners of real estate and stakeholders. You are developing and proposing multi-year renovation plans to enhance real estate assets and assess the necessary investments while ensuring profitability and compliance with regulations (LDTR in particular). You oversee renovation projects and ensure the continuous improvement of technical installations and their energy compliance. You are also involved in the drafting of management reports and internal procedures. You receive, analyze and process technical requests from users on sites leased by the HUGs. You facilitate and coordinate interventions and refer to maintenance contracts while supervising the correct compliance of technical installations. You manage institutional premises by analyzing assignment requests and proposing suitable solutions. You facilitate and study internal reorganization projects.
