- Location: Field-based role covering Swiss, Austria, Germany and Italy, with willingness to travel to France, UK, and the Nordic region. Discover Impactful Work
- A key priority is also to actively support customer relationship activities to drive Customer Support Services and Service Contract sales within the assigned region.
- Monitor contract, warranty, and service status for installed customer base
- Hands-on work with automation systems, robotics, and laboratory instrumentation A mix of remote diagnostics and on-site service activities
- Dynamic and fast-paced environment with technical challenges
- Technology diploma in Mechatronics, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven experience with automation systems, robotics, and/or instrumentation Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
