Full description

You participate, together with pharmaceutical preparers, logisticians and pharmacy assistants, in the activity of pharmacist or pharmacist routine of the Pharmaceutical Logistics Unit of the pharmacy of the HUG. You ensure, under the supervision of pharmacists, project managers and assistants, the proper functioning of the supply of medicines and their availability to patients. In collaboration with two other pharmacists, you are the reference or reference for the various requests of doctors and care units in connection with obtaining medicines, you supervise the management of ruptures, you manage the stocks of illicit narcotics. You monitor the prescriptions of critical drugs. You manage the batch control and removal process with the quality assurance manager. You guarantee the implementation of the drug policy and quality and safety procedures. You contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization, in close collaboration with other pharmacists in the unit, including by participating in cross-sectional sessions with other units or services (clinical pharmacy, production). You are involved in the training and supervision of pharmacist employees including learners (MAS, trainees).
