- Responsibility for smooth operation and facility services, technical systems and safety as well as for quality and fault management
- Inspections and functional controls of technical and safety-relevant systems as well as operational safety (incl. Documentation in CAFM)

- Higher technical school: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical (HLKSE)
Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for smooth operation and facility services, technical systems and safety as well as for quality and fault management
- Inspections and functional controls of technical and safety-relevant systems as well as operational safety (incl. Documentation in CAFM)
- Support of construction projects, planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance and replacement contracts
Key requirements
- 2-3 years: in the field of facility services, safety or HKKSE
- Higher technical school: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical (HLKSE)
- Well-founded knowledge in the fields of HKKSE and/or safety High technical understanding
- Good PC user knowledge (e.g.
