As an automotive expert on a large team in Switzerland, you assist our customers and injured persons in repairing damage quickly and without bureaucracy. Whether with a private car or a company car: the one on the way can count on Zurich.

What You Do

• You perform motor vehicle assessments

• You determine the repair routes and calculate the amount of damage

• You are assessing the coverage and treatment of corporate liability claims

• You check repair invoices, losses and unemployment claims in collaboration with other Help Points and Disaster Centers

• You conduct negotiations with policyholders, injured persons and repair companies

What you bring

• Federal patent of motor vehicle mechatronician, carpenter or car painter OR equivalent training

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the repair sector or in the approval of vehicles damaged during an accident

• Great customer orientation and fun at work in contact with different stakeholders

• Very good knowledge of the MS-Office palette as well as systems related to repair

• Excellent mastery of French, both oral and written; good knowledge of English is an asset.
