Main responsibilities

- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for members of the Leadership Team.
- Coordinate Board meetings, Leadership Team meetings, off-sites, and other key events.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation.
- Coordinate the collection, preparation, and filing of content for Board and Leadership Team meetings.
- Support executive communications and correspondence as required.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism. Business Support & Administration
- Coordinate activities and follow-up actions across teams to support the execution of key business initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments and stakeholders.
- Track departmental budgets and process vendor invoices.
Key requirements
