• Guarantee of industrial response of the two-part and supply cost / quality / delay
• Creation and monitoring of supply orders
• Planning of needs during cycles (analysis of demand and response if needed)
• Analysis of component failures and implementation of action plans
• Pilotage and monitoring of different stocks
• Guaranteeing consistency of the basic logistical data
• Processing of modification requests
• Follow-up of novelty for the two-part

Market Pilotage

• To be the contact person for the market (taking into account and processing requests)
• Analysis of the break-ups in components of the market platforms. Exchange and implementation of an action plan
• Managing the various actions of piloting stocks in the market (destruction / management of DDM / new products)
• Preparation and animation of monthly points with the different regions
• Update of the KPIs of follow-up of breaks
