- You systematically and proactively develop ergonomic subject areas at the LUKS and actively shape prevention
Main responsibilities

- You plan and moderate training courses to prevent musculoskeletal complaints in the work context
- In the reintegration process, you support employees with physical limitations or reduced resilience - independently and in close cooperation with a small team Requirements:
- Completed training in physiotherapy or occupational therapy, ideally with a focus/specialization in ergonomics (e.g.
- Workplace analysis, stress assessment, resource-oriented action planning)
- You work in a structured and independent manner: From clarification to documentation to the implementation of measures, you conduct consultations on your own responsibility
- You prioritize pragmatically and keep an overview even in 30% workloads - with flexibility for short-term concerns from the company
