- Environmental Framework: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of Group Policies and Guidelines for priority environmental topics, assess their effectiveness and impact, and identify areas for improvement or revision.
Main responsibilities

- Environmental Framework: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of Group Policies and Guidelines for priority environmental topics, assess their effectiveness and impact, and identify areas for improvement or revision.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the development and implementation of environmental projects and actions in coordination with Maisons, Regions and Functions.
- Under the strategic guidance of the Director Sustainability Transformation, this role supports the definition, development, and implementation of Richemont's harmonised group environmental framework, covering key areas such as climate change mitigation, circular economy principles, biodiversity protection, and water stewardship.
Application process
- Roadmap Development: Translate high-level environmental objectives into concrete, feasible roadmaps and actions for the Group and its diverse Maisons, ensuring practical application and measurable impact.
- Impact, Risk & Opportunity Assessment: Support the establishment and implementation of the process for identifying and assessing existing and emerging environmental risks, regulatory changes, and innovative opportunities across the value chain.
- This includes proposing responses and solutions for prevention, mitigation, and remediation.
- Target Setting & Performance Management: Contribute to environmental target setting and progress reporting, with a focus on digital solution integration.
- Reporting & Performance: Support the interpretation of environmental performance data to inform, among other, the continuous evolution of the environmental framework, support internal and external reporting (e.g., GRI, TCFD), and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Maisons' sustainability teams, operational departments, and central functions (e.g., Operations, Real Estate, Procurement) to embed environmental considerations into business processes, product lifecycles, and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare compelling presentations and reports for various internal stakeholders, including senior management, to communicate strategy, progress, and recommendations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability building across the Group on environmental topics, fostering a community of practice.

- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in environmental management, sustainability strategy development, or a similar role, preferably within a large, international organization or consulting firm.
- Demonstrated experience with environmental reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD) and target-setting methodologies (e.g., SBTi).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
