Our 10,000+ colleagues of more than 105 nationalities are united by a shared independent spirit and commitment to excellence, striking to continuously rich our Maison MAXIMUM TIME CONTRACT OF 9 MONTHS (replacement) CONTEXT Attached to the Head of Administrative Services and Buildings, you are responsible for piloting and coordinating the environmental management system of infrastructures, in close collaboration with all departments and the various sites of the Manufactures Cartier Horlogerie, by animating, improving, deploying and capitalizing good environmental practices and actions as well as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certifications.

- Your main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows: Pilot the Environmental Infrastructure Management System Organize and animate environmental exchange/communication points with the administrative and production teams Plan and participate actively in the meetings of the Environment Committees with the Directorate Collect data from the different teams in order to ensure extra-financial reporting Analyze the data and ensure their consistency with the finance team Participate in the extra-financial audit Participate in the various projects under way around the environmental themes (e.g. decarbonation of the restaurant, reduction and recovery of our metal waste and various consumables etc....) LEED Environmental Certification: Co-leading certification processes and maintaining multi-disciplinary teams Support the teams in the smooth running of the certifications of the different sites Organize air quality measures Animation and communication Animating and training employees on sustainability topics Conduct monthly environmental communications in collaboration with the team Communicating and promoting different events around sustainable development organized by the company WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR HOUSE?
- Graduate of higher education (e.g. engineering school or university equivalent) and specialization in the field of the environment You are comfortable in analyzing numerical data to build and maintain monitoring indicators and provide extra-financial reporting (essential element of the position) You justify a first experience in project management from at least 3 to 5 years in an industrial environment (knowledge of watchmaking a plus) You master Excel perfectly and justify a minimum B2 level You are autonomous, proactive, organized and justify good animation and communication skills You are comfortable to evolve in a multisite environment (movements to anticipate) WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER?
