As Internary Engineer Methods Maintenance (h/f/d) to Vernier (Geneva), you are attached to our Engineering & Maintenance department and you report to the Head of Trust. You will be in charge of contributing to several structuring projects related to the continuous improvement of maintenance, the reliability of technical data and the preparation of migration towards an automatically ordered preventive maintenance. This could be the perfect opportunity if, as for us, your goal is to always meet the needs of customers and touch the emotions of the world around you. ## Your main mission As part of this course, you will actively participate in optimizing the maintenance processes and tools of the Vernier site through the following activities:

• Structure of the maintenance plan
• Participate in the creation and implementation of the maintenance plan file.
• Identify, structure and consolidate associated technical data (equipment, ranges, frequencies, resources).
• Ensure consistency and traceability of information.
• Formalization of the preventive maintenance process
• Contribute to the creation and/or updating of the preventive maintenance management process.
• Mapping existing flows, identifying gaps and proposing improvements.
• Write the associated operating procedures and supports.
• Analysis and cleaning of Maintenance Items
• Conduct inventory and critical analysis of Existing Maintenance Items.
• Identify duplicates, obsolescences and inconsistencies.
• Propose a cleaning and rationalization plan.
• Migration tools
• Design a file allowing the creation and mass deletion of Maintenance Items.
• Facilitate migration and automated scheduling.
• Preparation and validation of migration
• Prepare the switch to automatically ordered maintenance.
• Participate in the tests, recipe and validation of migration.
• Ensure regular reporting of progress. ## You?
• Currently in engineering school or master's degree in industrial engineering, maintenance, mechanics, methods or in an equivalent field;
• Search for a 6-month completion or completion course;
• Ideally possess knowledge in maintenance management (preventive, corrective, GMAO);
• Master Excel (advanced forms, dynamic cross tables);
• Knowledge of an LES or GMAO, including SAP PM, is an asset;
• Be known for your rigor, your analytical spirit and your sense of organization;
• Demonstrate autonomy and appreciate teamwork;
• Have good relational ease to collaborate with technical and professional interlocutors;
• Perfectly master French and you have good basics in technical English. ## What this internship will bring you
