As an employee at 20% in our restaurant, you welcome, advise and cash, watch out for the presentation of buffets and showcases, support the preparation of the dishes, guarantee the cleanliness of the places and carry out the receipts rigorously. ## Mansioni - Welcome, advise and serve clients in a warm and fast way to ensure a quality experience and desire to come back. - Prepare, present and follow buffets and showcases (mounting, restocking, animations, display of products and prices, filling of machines), as well as make/prepare sandwiches, hot dishes and desserts according to recipes. - Receive deliveries, monitor product quality and quantity, apply hygiene guidelines (HACCP), maintain equipment, showcases, machinery and premises. - Perform cash transactions (cash, currency preparation, cash count) with rigour and reliability. - Ensure the installation, cleanliness and order of the room throughout the day, including handling of goods and ad hoc help to colleagues, especially for dishes. ## Requirements - Restaurant & hotel experience: an asset - Customer-oriented and selling, you are smiling, sociable, dynamic and present well; You know how to advise, inform, and retain customers, even in times of heavy influx, while keeping your calm. - Organised, fast and versatile, you work in a clean and orderly manner and strictly apply hygiene, safety and internal directives. - You master French (read and written) and are comfortable with basic computing as well as with money manipulation. - Initial or continuing training completed - French (Very good knowledge) ## Contatto ## Application and contact Migros Vaud Recruitment Centre **Grado di occupazione:** 20%
