The mission of this department is to ensure the stewardship and logistics necessary for the proper functioning of all HUGs, in the restoration, cleaning and disinfection of premises and hygiene of linen. It also manages the Sterilization Service, the Biomedical Service and equipment as well as Cressy-Santé. More than 1'100 professionals and professionals carry out their missions on a daily basis with a constant concern for requirements, with a sense of service and environmental responsibility. Within the Department of Operations, the Linen Processing and Distribution Service provides a comprehensive laundry service that includes the supply, distribution and distribution of professional laundry and clothing. Patients, clients and clients can also benefit from these services.

Description of post

As part of your function, you are responsible for the collection, sorting and preparation of laundry. You ensure the washing, drying, calendering, folding, packaging and storage of hospital and professional laundry, strictly respecting the standards of quality and hygiene in force. You are evolving in an industrial, organized and dynamic structure, where you can evolve in a stimulating work environment.

Qualifications

You have a good knowledge of textiles and a good command of the French language, both oral (level B1) and written (level A2). You have an experience of 2 to 3 years in a laundry, a logistics or comparable sector, would be an asset. You are able to adapt to the requirements of an industrial environment. Excellent physical condition is essential for the job. We are looking for a rigorous, organized person with a good team spirit and a real sense of service. You show versatility and flexibility. You are committed to contributing actively to the quality of service and the satisfaction of our customers.

Posts are organized according to team schedules and with an hourly amplitude from 5am to 5pm and a versatility is required at all HUG sites.
