Your main mission will be to

• Participate in the commercial and technical development of the industrial workshops of PPE (carpentry, industrial mechanics, microtechnics, electricity and locksmithing) in the Geneva industrial market, based on a thorough knowledge of the local economic fabric.
• Take responsibility for the prospecting, customer monitoring, technical advice and support of teams in the evolution of their business.
• Identify and explore industrial enterprises in the Geneva region.
• To understand the technical specificities of the products or solutions proposed by the industrial workshops of the PPE and to be the force of proposals on possible developments of offers according to the market.
• Develop an existing client portfolio and acquire new strategic accounts.
• Participate in the development of commercial offers, negotiate terms and conditions and conclude sales.
• Ensure active monitoring of local market opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility.
• An CFC in a technical field or equivalent training in an industrial and/or building and commercial training and/or proven field experience.
• Experience of at least 3 to 5 years as a technical-commercial in the Geneva industry or novel.
• Have good knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric and know the key industrial players in Geneva (watchmaking, medtech, mechanics, energy, laboratory, luxury, etc.).
• Have a local professional network.
• At ease on traditional computer tools, ability to read technical plans, diagrams or documentation.
• Accurate customer service and negotiation and communication skills, managing a complete sales cycle.
• Agility, autonomy, analytical spirit, solution oriented, relational ease, ability to create bond, perseverance in prospecting.
• A good command of the written and oral French language.
• A strong interest in the mission of integration of persons with disabilities or with difficulties of integration.
