Full description

• Coordinate and collaborate with teams on a daily basis to ensure the implementation of production plans, timeliness and quality of services.
• Be the direct contact of the clients of the workshop.
• Manage stocks of raw materials and finished products (supply, inventories, rotation).
• Analyze production indicators to propose improvement plans.
• Participate in the reception and support of persons with disabilities to enable their integration through work.
• Manage the activities related to the production of the packaging and assembly workshop by carrying out the tasks and accompanying the employees in suitable employment and the trainees in carrying out the latter in order to guarantee the quality of the work.
• Make the activities accessible and adapt the workstations to the needs of suitable job workers and trainees.
• Participate in socio-professional activities (learning and skills development) and their evaluation in a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in organizational improvements of the workshop.
• Contribute to the implementation of new equipment and ensure the proper functioning of facilities and means of production.
• Ensure maintenance of production equipment and machines.
• Perform the administrative and information technology tasks inherent in the position.
• An CFC in the technical and/or technological field or equivalent title .
• A successful professional experience of at least 5 years in light industry process planning.
• Excellent relational ease and a sense of service are essential in the context of privileged contacts with our customers.
• Ideally, an experience of at least 3 years in accompanying people with social integration difficulties or a strong interest in social work.
• Ease of care for persons with disabilities and/or difficulties of integration.
• Analysis and problem-solving capacity.
• Organizational skills, rigour, responsibility and openness.
• Good editorial capacity.
• Mastery of common office automation tools.
• Mastery of the French language.
