- You guide and accompany trainees (AGS, FaGe, care HF and FH) appreciatively, clearly and initiate targeted support in problem and crisis situations
- You implement the concept of vocational training care in the department, plan the trainees according to the training course, write qualifications and work with doctoral elements (IPA and expert discussions) as an exam expert
- You bring in ideas, work in projects and are jointly responsible for an innovative and attractive further development of training in nursing SPZ Requirements Diploma as nursing specialist HF/FH Care professional experience
Main responsibilities
- You guide and accompany trainees (AGS, FaGe, care HF and FH) appreciatively, clearly and initiate targeted support in problem and crisis situations
- You implement the concept of vocational training care in the department, plan the trainees according to the training course, write qualifications and work with doctoral elements (IPA and expert discussions) as an exam expert
- You are the contact person for education-specific questions for the management team, care team and the interprofessional team
- You recognize the educational needs in the nursing team of the department and initiate appropriate measures
