HUG crèches are company crèches reserved for the children of employees.

Job Description

As a young child educator, you provide welcome and activities for children aged 4 months to 5 years, applying the educational approach defined in the institutional project for HUG nurseries. You provide an individualized service based on the needs and requirements of the child. You participate in the development and implementation of the project inspired by the work of Emmi Pikler and guarantee the safety of children by ensuring that an atmosphere is constantly created that is favorable to their development and fulfillment. To do this, you work as a team in a collaborative manner in an approach centered on the needs of the child.

Qualifications

You have an ES childhood educator diploma issued by ESEDE or an equivalent diploma recognized by SASAJ allowing you to occupy this position in a daycare center in the canton of Geneva. You have proven professional experience.

Additional Information

The workplace is at the Kangourous crèche (Cluse-Roseraie). Variable hours may need to be modified for internal replacements within the service.
