- Independent implementation of the entire care process and implementation of care at the customer
- Management of needs assessment using the interRai-CMH instrument
- Accompanying clients with psychiatric diseases at home and practicing everyday practical skills
- Building a trusting and sustainable relationship with customers
- Promotion and empowerment of self-employment, autonomy, stability and quality of life What you bring
- Diploma Nursing HF/FH or equivalent training
- Years of experience in psychiatry
- Driving licence Cat.
- Independent, reflected and resilient personality
