Full description

You ensure the nutritional care of patients followed in adult intensive care by ensuring a careful, structured and tailored approach to individual needs according to the nutritional care process. You perform indirect calorimetry measurements daily. You are active in the prevention of protein-energy malnutrition related to pathologies and treatments. You contribute to the harmonization of care practices, ensuring compliance with the recommendations of the expert societies, evidence based medicine and actively participating in the continuous improvement of the quality of care. You work closely with the specialized multidisciplinary team and take part in clinical and functional symposia to support a coordinated and coherent approach around the patient. When necessary, you ensure the replacement of colleagues in other acute care units, ensuring continuity and quality of services. Finally, you actively contribute to the training of students and health professionals. You are led or led to lead workshops for different health professionals.
