Tasks

Managing day-to-day business: You are 50% responsible for organizing, monitoring and ensuring an efficient flow of goods during your shift

Operational cooperation: The rest of the time you take on yourself and move forward as a model for your team

Leadership & Teamwork: Together with another Deputy Teamlead, you support the Teamlead in the professional and disciplinary management of 16 employees

Coordination & coordination: You work closely together, agree on tasks and responsibilities and ensure a seamless handover in day-to-day business

Interface management: You’ll be in touch with internal and external partners, including transport service providers and the sales team, to ensure smooth processing

Ideally completed training as a logistician EFZ paired with further training (Federal certificate for logistics) and initial management experience
